Quidditch & others

Wizards are passionate about activities such as Bavball, Explosive Battle and Wizard's Chess, but there is only one sport that they consider to be the most interesting in the Wizarding World.

Quidditch originated in the Queerditch Marshes in central Britain almost a thousand years ago. The game has undergone a number of changes over the centuries, such as the Grip Spell on the Souafle, the arrival and disappearance of the Golden Vivets and the most important invention that has shaped the sport into what it is today: the Golden Vivet.

To find out more, we recommend reading Kennilworthy Whisp's Quidditch Through The Ages, a reference work in the field.
